St Helens church Stapleford christening

Today is the christening of baby Onur, Claira and Gurol were to attend their christening at St Helen's church stapleford for their sons christening.
This is the 3rd time Claira has booked me, it is alway a nice feeling to be able to photograph a family who i get along with so well and are able to see their family as it grows in size.
Baby Onur's christening was the only one to be held at Stapleford church that day, baby Onur was very calm and relaxed as the Vicar Christened Onur in front of a very proud family of nearly 60 people.
When the christening was finished we proceeded outside for Claira and Gurol's family portraits

, this was very important to Claira as so many of her family she had not seen for so long had travelled many hours to be here on this day so it was top priority for some fantastic family portraits.

Wedding photography coombe abbey

Well all i can say is wow a Coombe abbey wedding really is a stunning location.
The grounds are amazing Andrea also had full use of the rear lawns for her wedding party to wonder round, there is a huge lake as you look over the balcony looking beyond the green lawns.
Inside was stunning the staff are so helpful and there to help you out at any opportunity and supply us with unlimited caffeine.
We proceeded with Andrea's bridal prep at 10am ready for the fantastic wedding at 11:30 Andrea was very nervous but in great spirt as the champagne flowed.
With a crowd of 200 this was going to be a large even for both me and Kelli and with so many opportunities for so many stunning images we really did make the most of our time and location.
We stayed on until just after 10pm allowing us to take Andrea away for 20 minutes with some Lowell lighting and an awesome portrait as a surprise for her husband.
We are totally shattered and getting ready to do it all again next week this really has been a dream wedding.

lindsay and Mark Ramada Jarvis solihull wedding photography

Great start to the day we arrived at Lyndsay's house for her bridal prep at 11am all in good time for a 1pm wedding at the Ramada jarvis hotel solihull.
Lindsay was in great spirit with her 3 brides maids/mum/dad and about 8 newly born kittens all running round the house as everyone prepared.
When we arrived Kelli got on with her side of the photography (Shoes/Flowers/Dress) and all the intricate details of a brides wedding day.
I was with Lindsay as Mum and brides maids were finishing lacing up a lovely wedding dress.
We soon finished Lindsay's bridal prep and made our way to the venue were the Wedding and the reception were to be held long into the night.
We stayed on until about 9pm capturing the 1st dance and left a very happy and in love newly married couple from solihull.

Gaynor and Chris Bestwood lodge county park wedding

Such a fantastic wedding began with Gaynor's bridal prep at 10:30am in Stapleford Nottingham, Gaynor's dress was white with Red brides maids dresses, before leaving for bestwood lodge county park we decided to stop the traffic in Stapleford and get the brides maids as they walked down the road turning heads and they strolled !!!!
We then proceeded to Bestwood county park to photograph Chris the groom and his best man, the grounds were stunning and the weather was fantastic for what would continue on to be a magical day for Gaynor and Chris.
Everyone was in great spirit the lighting at the venue was superb giving us great scope for some fantastic images of the bride and groom as seen above and a fantastic ariel shot of the group.
As the group danced into the night we stayed for our usual 1st dance and and quietly left as the couple danced the night away.
I would like to thank all the guest's along with Gaynor and Chris for making us both feel so welcome and making what was a pleasure of a day to photograph.

Nottingham Cathedral - St Barnabas Cathedral

26/06/11
Today was something completly new for us we had the privilage to photograph a baptism at the lovely Nottingham Cathedral.
We were to photograph both of Maxine's children who were aged 3 and 10, having never photographed at St Barnabas Cathedral i was really looking forward to getting there early and study the light.
Well i was completly over welmed it is an absolutly stunning place to be in and such a wonderful opportunity to work here.
We met with the Father who was to carry out the ceremony and find out what was and was not allowed to be done during the ceremony.
There were 2 other baptisms taking place at the same time so we both had to think on our feet and make sure we were ready when it was Maxine's time.
The turn out in total including all the other Baptism's taking place was in excess of 150 people the atmospher was fantastic and you could hear the clapping and the joy as each Baptism took place.
We then proceeded to the south bank bar in westbridgford were Maxine and Mike layed drinks and a meal on for everyone.

Eleanor and Chris - St Giles Church Sandiacre

What a fantastic day we all had at St Giles church sandiacre on 11/06/11 the weather really was on our side on friday night i really was wondering if the heavens were going to open or not but the big man up stairs was on our side.
Both my self and Kellie arrived as usual 45 minutes early we always like to be ready for when the groom arrives.
Chris arrived in good spirit with all his ushers and best man we had at least 30 minutes before Eleanor was due to arrive giving us plenty of time to photograph the boys in action as they awaited the bride.
Their wedding finished and we headed for the gardens to photograph the wedding party and of course the bride and grooms romantic photos.
Thank you very much to all the ushers and brides maids for making us feel so welcome.
