They consist of approximately 12 gymnastics i'm sorry i can't be more precise on the numbers as they really do move that fast.
When i arrived i was allowed into the foyer were they were practising as tonight was awards night which happens once a year i was completely shocked as to how fast these guys move they had the precision of a formula1 driver, the awards are given out by Richard Whitehead who was the gold medal winner in 2009.
Richard was also in the Dako flying angels many years ago and ever since has supported the flying angels and their award ceremony's.
The shoot went well and i managed to get some time alone with Richard who is very keen to support his local gymnastics team, and maybe one day they to can bring home a gold medal for England.
